Place Lift Marketing
HOW PRICING WORKS

A clear project.
A clear ongoing plan.

Your proposal separates the initial website build from the work needed to keep it current. You can see what Lift Place handles, what your community provides, and which costs are paid separately.

Four parts to understand.

01 / INITIAL PROJECT

Website setup

Planning, content organization, page design, development, agreed review rounds, and launch preparation.

Your proposal lists the pages, deliverables, materials you supply, revision allowance, and project fee.

02 / ONGOING SERVICE

Management & updates

Agreed content changes and website support after launch. The plan defines update allowances, approval steps, expected turnaround, and responsibility for technical maintenance.

The proposal states the fee, billing frequency, and how requests outside the allowance are priced.

03 / CHOSEN ADDITIONS

Optional work

New photography, video, substantial writing, interactive maps, extra pages, and integrations can be scoped separately.

Additional work is quoted and approved before it begins.

04 / PLATFORM COSTS

Third-party expenses

Hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, and paid integrations are identified separately, including who owns the accounts and pays the provider.

Platform subscriptions are identified in your proposal.

Know what your board is approving.

Before work starts, you receive a written scope covering deliverables, fees, responsibilities, review rounds, update arrangements, and payment terms.

Pricing is quoted for your community. Published starting prices have not been set; a website review is an inquiry, not an order or a commitment to purchase.

Start with what you have.

Send your community website and goals. We’ll identify the scope before asking you to approve a project.
